How do I apply for transport to college?
Contact your appropriate Area Awards Office, which can be found
in our contacts page, and ask them to send you the correct
form. Alternatively, please download and print-off the AW3
form from the link below. Complete the form and return
it with two passport-sized photographs of the student to the
address shown on the form.
Please take care to fill in the form accurately, and that the
photographs are securely attached to the form. (Where possible,
please use the darker background in the photobooth.)
