Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund
The Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund CIC, provides fast, direct access to mental health counselling for young people aged 13-18, living in Gravesham. They utilise the available resources within the private counselling sector.
Their unique service empowers youth to self-refer, select their preferred counsellor, and receive up to 12 tailored sessions. They collaborate closely with local wellbeing entities, leisure centres, schools in Gravesham, Kent Police, and Darent Valley Hospital.
Funding is generated through community-driven events, sponsorship, partnerships with clubs and organisations, and supplemented by grants and donations.
