The Eden Centre

The Eden Centre is a modern and fully accessible community centre designed to bring various community organizations and activities together under one roof. Our goal is to create a welcoming space for everyone to connect and engage in a wide range of activities.

We're open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

What we offer

Eden halls and office space

The Eden Centre offers modern halls for hire starting from £14 per hour, small offices and halls at competitive prices, with free parking for your clients. It is perfect for your:

  • children’s party
  • group class or activity
  • celebration event.

Availability

  • Halls for events: Saturdays, 10am to 3pm.
  • Small offices and halls: Weekdays, 9am to 4:30pm.

Facilities and opening times

Eden library

The Eden Centre features a modern library with more than just books. As a library member, you can hire DVDs, audiobooks, use our free public computers and printing facilities. The library also has a dedicated children's area with activities. It is open six days a week:

  • Monday: 9am to 1pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9am to 5pm
  • Friday: 1pm to 5pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 3pm.

Citizens Advice Bureau

Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) have dedicated private rooms at the Eden Centre where CAB staff can meet people and offer advice. It is open from:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10am to 3pm.

West Kent Youth Centre

West Kent Youth Centre supports young people across the Sevenoaks district by engaging with them in their communities and listening to their needs. It offers a variety of clubs and activities:

  • Young Adventurers: a referral-only project for children aged 8-12 who need extra support beyond what they receive at school and home. This program helps children build confidence and social skills.
  • HOUSE: an open-access youth drop-in centre for young people aged 11 to 19, or up to 24 with additional needs. Our youth workers provide advice, support, and guidance through fun and engaging activities.

Eden Church

Eden Church is a welcoming evangelical Baptist Church located in the heart of Edenbridge, Kent. We believe in living together as a community, much like a family. This sense of community extends to other Christian churches in the area.

Eden Church is part of the Eden Churches in Covenant (ECC), where members from all Edenbridge churches come together to share, support, collaborate, and pray.
