The Strategic Delivery Plan is our business plan for 2020 to 2023.

The plan brings together our key activities in one place, detailing those that our Cabinet and Chief Officers have prioritised to focus on over the next 3 years, to deliver better outcomes for Kent.

In light of the unprecedented impacts from COVID-19 on us and our activities, the Strategic Delivery Plan 2020 to 2023 has been revised to focus on those critical activities for 2020 to 2021.
