Making it Happen
Making it Happen comprises the following documents:
- technical appendices that bring together and replace previous advice about the design of housing and industrial estates, covering new initiatives such as Home Zones, Sustainable Urban Drainage systems, and expanding on the role of public transport and conservation in new development
- customer service standards, which set out our objectives and commitments to our customers
- checklists that we use in the submission and approval process
- a glossary and bibliography for further assistance.
Information provided in Making it Happen must be read in conjunction with the advice in the Kent Design Guide.
