Business licences and registration
You must be licensed or registered with Kent County Council to:
- hold marriages and civil ceremonies on your premises
- make, use or market animal feed
- highway licences (skips, scaffolding, cranes, a-boards)
- sell second hand goods
- store or sell fireworks and explosives
- store or sell petroleum
Licences for the following are provided by district councils:
- alcohol
- busking
- dog breeding
- exhibit or train performing animals
- food and food hygiene
- gambling
- scrap metal
- street trading
- taxis.
