Commissioning Plan for Education Provision

The Commissioning Plan for Education Provision in Kent is a 5 year rolling plan which we update annually.

The 2025 to 2029 version was approved by Cabinet on 30 January 2025.

This document shows how we will make sure there are:

• enough high quality education places
• places located in the right areas
• places for all learners.

SEND Sufficiency Plan 2023

SEND Sufficiency Plan 2023 (PDF, 2.0 MB) was approved by Cabinet on 25 January 2024.

The SEND Sufficiency Plan sits under the Commissioning Plan for Education Provision in Kent and will inform and support the local authority in its development of strategic place planning for SEND educational provision in the medium to long term.
