Manage your KCC Travel Saver
You can make the following changes to your KCC Travel Saver by logging in to your account.
You can complete your application and pay for your travel saver by logging in to your account.
You can order a replacement online if your pass has been lost, stolen or damaged. Log in to your KCC Travel Saver account and have a credit or debit card handy to pay the £10 replacement fee.
Log in to your KCC Travel Saver account
You can have 5 replacement passes per school year. We will process your request for a replacement pass as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at school.
Found passes
If you have found a pass, let us know:
- call 03000 41 84 84
- email kcctravelsaver@kent.gov.uk.
You can update the information associated with your KCC Travel Saver online by logging in to your KCC Travel Saver account.
When you log in you'll be able to update your:
- address
- contact details
- school details
- pass photo.
If you no longer need a pass you can cancel your pending application before it is approved by logging in to your KCC Travel Saver account.
Once your application has been approved it cannot be cancelled.
