    Kent Supported Employment

The Kent Supported Employment Service can help you to find a job that is right for you and your needs.

You will work with an employment support officer (ESO) who will help you to plan and find the best route to work for you. As well as understanding what skills you have.

To get help from them you must:

    • be aged 16+ and live in Kent
    • have additional barriers to finding a job because of your disability or health condition.

You don't need to have an educational health and care (EHC) plan to get help from them. However, if you do have an EHC plan then you may still be able to access funding from your plan depending on the type of job you get.
