School visits

Outdoor learning is proven to have a positive effect on children, from wellbeing to social development and achievement. Here at Kent Country Parks we have the right approach to help you bring out the very best in your children. Check how each session or activity we offer can meet your curriculum needs.

Early years and key stage 1

Key stage 2

Key stages 3 and 4

Our team building days are great for both small and large groups of students, and there are a wide range of educational opportunities for Key Stages 3 and 4.

We offer some specific activities and we can work with teaching staff to support specific programmes of study.

We also welcome groups who want to carry out fieldwork. These groups are able to use the variety of habitats, classroom space and basic field equipment.

We can accommodate whole year groups. This can be as part of an adventure or induction week or for individual classes of students as a team building activity or to meet PSHE curriculum targets.

These visits can be linked to the curriculum for citizenship, design and technology, English, art and design.

Introducing our new range of Explorer Packs. These are teacher led activities designed to take around an hour each.
