Blue Badge application support

Your Blue Badge application must include:

  • a passport style photo
  • proof of identity
  • proof of address (this cannot be the same as your proof of identity)
  • proof of eligibility (if you automatically qualify)
  • proof of diagnosed conditions (if you do not automatically qualify)
  • £10 administration fee.
