Sensors, monitors and alarms
We are aware of companies trying to scam residents out of money. We will never ask you to make payment directly or ask for your bank details.
Sensors, monitors and alarms help you to stay safe and independent in your home and in the community. They also provide peace of mind and reassurance to loved ones, who can be contacted in the event of an emergency.
The equipment can be monitored 24 hours a day. In an emergency, you are connected to a team of trained advisors. They will find out how you are and what help you need before acting. This includes calling friends and family, or the emergency services.
Buying equipment
If you're not eligible for council funded services, or do not want a care needs assessment, you can buy equipment directly from Argenti.

Services we provide
Our Technology Enhanced Lives Service can provide:
- a short-term service for 10 weeks without a care needs assessment. This helps you to return to your past levels of safety and independence when you've come out of hospital or respite. This is known as enablement.
- a long-term service for those who have been assessed as eligible through a care needs assessment.
