Confidentiality

We aim to keep all our discussions with you confidential, but sometimes the support service you use may have to give your information to other people. For example, you might need urgent medical care, so the hospital would need to know certain things about you. Situations like this this don’t happen very often, and we would always try to tell you before passing on any information.
